- There are many online support software on the Internet, which offer help desk or customer chat support. So which one to buy ?


I am an Israeli webmaster who has many sites in Hebrew, and I have searched for the best chat support software, which will give me the following options:

1. Hebrew translation (Multilingual Support)- the option to translate all the user interface to Hebrew easily.

2. Easy Integration - the option to easily integrate the live online help script into mt website quickly.

3. Operators management - the option to manage my online help operators and assign them to departments.

4. Cheap price - to get the best live online help support software that doesn't cost too much.

I have been doing a comparison between many, what called 'Online customer support software' and find the best one that will fit my company's needs.

They have an interface that let me translate all the words from English to Hebrew easily, Chat icon customization, Operator to Operator Chats, have the option to see from which page the user had arrived (Referring URL) and a Geo Location map.
